Specific Admission Requirements

1-	Student has current knowledge on work place and environmental factors, working conditions and principles of protection and may develop this knowledge.

2-	Student understands, interprets and evaluates interdisciplinary interaction on occupational health and safety.

3-	Student knows the models used in occupational health and safety and is proficient in developing implementing and evaluating progams related to occupational health and safety.

4-	Student has knowledge on statistical methods used in investigations and investigation methods in occupational health and safety.

5-	Student uses theoretical and practical information regarding occupational health and safety.

6-	Student identifies the health and safety problems of workers by using the information and skills obtained in occupational safety via suitable methods and tools and accordingly produces suggestions for solutions by developing policies and strategies.

7-	Student plans, and conducts investigations on occupational health and safety, analyses the data.

8-	Student participates in team work in the identification and solution of problems regarding occupational health and safety and shares knowledge on the issue.

9-	Student evaluates international developments in occupational health and safety in the framework of national conditions.

10-	Student acts in accordance with scientific and professional ethical principles in studies on occupational health and safety and in all kinds of academic studies.

11-	Student carries out investigations, presentations and publications on the issue of occupational health and safety.

12-	Student contributes to activities in which national and international policies concerning occupational health and safety are determined.
