History
Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Yatağan Vocational School Electrical and Energy Department Electrical program has been established with the proposal of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University Senate and the decision of YÖK General Assembly dated 16.04.2002 and the activity has been started by taking students in 2004-2005 Academic Year.
Profile of the Programme
The use of electricity, which has become widespread with the rise of industrialization, has revealed a trained manpower shortage in electricity. Yatağan Vocational School of Electrical Engineering was established to train qualified electricians in the sector. The program includes theoretical and practical courses based on industry. At the end of the first year, students complete their compulsory internship based on their industry for 30 working days to prepare themselves better for the business life. The education type of the program is formal education. The language of instruction is Turkish. There is one laboratory within the school.
Program Outcomes
